WHAT IS PROJECT-BASED LEARNING?

Pathways High uses Project-Based Learning (PBL).

 

This proven high-engagement instructional model supports students’ development of academic and high-demand life skills, such as critical thinking, collaboration, and leadership.

 

Students personalize their learning by engaging in real-world projects that are meaningful to them and then showcase their work to external audiences. The process of presenting your work to others provides students with a deeper understanding of subject-matter content and higher retention of the curriculum than traditional educational models.

High school, or any school for that matter, has the power to make or break a child's spirit. As parents, we all want what is best for our children and we entrust schools with our most precious people.
