Mental Health PUMA

Course Description:

Students in this PUMA will build their knowledge about healthy relationships, managing anxiety, and the effects of trauma on the brain through reading and discussion. They will complete at least one creative and reflective project, as well as contribute to school-wide mental health awareness through various forms of public awareness campaigns.
